30-Day Return Window

Haxxit Workshop offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Products that are damaged due to misuse may not be eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at info@haxxit.shop with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Photos of the damage may be requested.

Exchanges

To exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return. Contact us if you are unsure about your specific product.
